Post-Delivery and Mother-Baby Care
Newborn Daily Routine Support
Feeding schedules, sleep rhythm and hygiene handled consistently, day or night.

Newborn routine support is about rhythm. Instead of a household guessing at every cry, the caregiver tracks feeds, output, sleep stretches and wake windows, and gently shapes them into a pattern the family can carry on alone. Nappy changes, top-and-tail cleaning, cord and nail hygiene, burping technique, safe sleep positioning and clean bottle or pump handling are all part of the day.
It suits first-time parents, families managing twins, and households where the mother needs uninterrupted night sleep to recover — night-only support is a common arrangement.
A typical shift includes a handover conversation, feed-and-settle cycles at agreed intervals, laundry and sterilising related to the baby, and a short written summary at the end so the next adult on duty is not starting blind.
Trayi's approach is not to become indispensable. We write the routine down, keep it visible, and hand it over deliberately — the aim is a family that feels confident without us, with support available for as long as it genuinely helps.
